In this role you provide integral medical safety leadership to ensure high-quality pharmacovigilance across development and post-marketing programs. You will oversee safety data review, regulatory reporting, and risk management, while guiding safety teams and engaging stakeholders. You’ll lead medical safety strategy, training, and project delivery in a fast-paced, global environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead medical safety reviews of safety data, regulatory reports, risk management strategies, and benefit-risk assessments.
• Provide medical oversight of safety documentation and regulatory deliverables (narratives, annual/periodic reports, labeling, protocols, ICFs).
• Manage global medical safety projects and teams, including resourcing, performance management, training, and career development.
• Oversee safety governance activities (DSMB/Safety Monitoring Committees, pharmacovigilance oversight, 24-hour medical support).
• Represent Medical Safety internally and externally, maintaining stakeholder relationships and supporting organizational objectives.




• Drive continuous improvement through industry and regulatory developments and undertake special projects as required.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, budgeting, and client-facing strategic initiatives.
• Support financial, operational, and quality performance of assigned projects and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with substantial clinical practice or pharmaceutical physician experience.
• Significant experience in medical safety, pharmacovigilance, or medical monitoring.
• Current medical licensure or equivalent registration in country of practice.
• Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance, GCP, safety reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex environment.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership including people management, project oversight, and strategic decision-making.
