Experteer Overview
In this role, you will provide cost guidance to the Data Centre project delivery team across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, ensuring effective cost management for multiple fast-paced construction projects. You will collaborate with design, construction, procurement, finance and legal groups to drive efficient data center delivery and value engineering opportunities. You’ll manage third-party quantity surveyors, validate estimates, and track cost performance to support multimillion-dollar initiatives. • Validate final award amounts and contract scope
• Implement and maintain cost control, change management, progress and performance reporting
• Validate construction change cost impacts
• Ensure invoice accuracy and timely payments
• Support project close-out and final payments
• Deliver consistent results across multiple projects with clear prioritization

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in project controls and cost management domains (estimating, forecasting, schedule and risk management)
• Ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Experience with cost validation and change management processes
