As Director, Tax Reporting u0026amp; Transformation you will lead the integral tax accounting and reporting function and drive a major transformation program across processes, systems and ways of working. You will influence senior stakeholders, partner with Finance, Technology and Shared Services, and build a modern, data-driven tax capability within a global consumer goods leader. The role focuses on IFRS tax accounting, governance and control frameworks, and the delivery of a scalable transformation roadmap. This is a high-visibility position that shapes how tax is governed, reported and utilized to improve business performance. You will shape the tax technology ecosystem and enable better decision‑Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead end-to-end tax accounting and reporting (tax provisioning, deferred tax, ETR, external disclosures)• Ensure IFRS compliance with governance,
