Experteer Overview
In this role you will be the technical expert for X-Rite color management solutions across Iberia, supporting customers with color measurement hardware and software. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, and Ru0026amp;D to tailor workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver training and demonstrations. The position is remote/field-based in Spain or Portugal, with travel to customer sites and events. You’ll help shape product improvements while enabling customers to get color right the first time, every time.

• Provide high-level technical support for X-Rite hardware and software, troubleshooting color measurement and management challenges
• Support pre-sales activities with technical consultation, product selection, and demonstrations
• Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and webinars for customers (remote and on-site)
• Understand customer applications and develop or integrate workflows with X-Rite solutions




• Collaborate with Ru0026D and Product Development to relay feedback, performance insights, and feature requests
• Create and maintain technical documentation (notes, user guides, best-practice procedures) to optimize usage
• Travel to customer sites across Spain and Portugal for installations, troubleshooting, and hands-on training, plus trade shows as needed

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical field
• 3-5 years in application engineering, technical support, or similar customer-facing technical role
• Knowledge of color science and color management; experience with spectrophotometers and/or colorimeters
• Understanding of digital imaging and printing processes in relevant industries (printing, packaging, textiles, automotive)
• Fluent in Spanish; professional English; Portuguese preferred
