Responsibilities

Understand business and functional requirements for ServiceNow.

Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, functional teams, Support Squad, Product and Business Owners.

Create test strategies, plans, and cases for various modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, etc.

Define test scenarios for workflows, integrations, and customizations.

Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

Generate testing reports and maintain test documentation.

Validate ServiceNow modules, custom scripts, and APIs.

Test upgrades and patches to ensure smooth platform updates.

Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with developers to ensure they are resolved.

Assess readiness to deploy each release.

Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.





Take ownership and follow up closely on assigned projects, ensuring targets are met.

Requirements

Degree in IT/IT related fields or equal by experience.

3-5 years of experience in QA/Testing roles, particularly with ServiceNow Projects.

Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Experience working in Agile squads.

Working in an international environment is considered a plus.

Attention to detail for identifying and documenting bugs.

ITIL framework understanding and experience in ITSM processes and workflows.

Being a team player and adaptable.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Proactive and can‑do attitude.
