Experteer Overview In this role, you own defined product features from discovery to delivery, shaping the platform behind Xe’s cross-border payments. You’ll collaborate with a small, fast-moving squad to turn customer and partner insights into concrete outcomes. You’ll use data and AI-enabled approaches to guide decisions and work closely with engineering, design, and compliance. - Own defined features or areas of the roadmap from spec to delivery under the Product Manager’s direction
- Support roadmap and prioritization by writing user stories, maintaining the backlog, and keeping delivery on track
- Run discovery and analysis by talking to customers and analyzing data to form clear recommendations
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery with engineering, design, and compliance, unblock issues, and track progress against metricsResponsabilidades
- 3 to 5 years of product-related experience,



ideally in fintech or payments
- Experience owning features end-to-end with a track record of shipping
- Strong customer and partner discovery skills to validate problems and gather evidence
- Strong data and analytics skills: defining metrics, running basic experiments, analyzing outcomes
- Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, and basic system architecture to partner with engineering
- Comfort working across design, compliance, and partner teams in a regulated environment
- Daily use of AI tools across product work (research, analysis, documentation, prototyping)
