Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
Lead analytical strategies that convert complex integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine research and clinical decision support
Evaluate and improve how AI systems reason about genomic and clinical data — identifying gaps, errors, and opportunities to enhance accuracy and scientific rigor
Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and meaningful communication of results
Apply domain expertise to assess the quality and trustworthiness of AI-generated outputs in healthcare and life sciences contexts Who You Are Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
Strong foundation in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into meaningful insights for scientific or clinical audiences
Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
Detail-oriented, analytically rigorous, and able to communicate nuanced findings clearly
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently in a remote, async environment Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
Background in bioinformatics, translational research, or clinical informatics
Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or healthcare AI applications
