families & the wider communityLead and support the professional development of the Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.Always ensure the safety and well-being of all children, following all policies and procedures.Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversityThe Requirements:ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Police CheckDeveloped interpersonal skills to engage and work with a diverse range of stakeholders.Have highly developed leadership skills, as well as prior experience leading a medium size, diverse & positive team culture.
