Your Mission- Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions across all payment channels (acquiring, payouts, P2 P, refunds, chargebacks)- Matching data between internal accounting systems and bank statements using Excel- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies- Collaborating with the account and support teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues- Preparing financial reports based on reconciliation results- Participating in the automation and optimization of reconciliation processes.What Makes You a Great Fit- At least 2 years of experience in payment systems, fintech, or banking as a reconciliation specialist- Hands‑on experience with card transaction reconciliation- Hands‑on experience with reconciliation involving payment providers, banks, and internal systems- Understanding of acquiring, chargeback processes, payment infrastructure and cash flow principles- Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)- Ability to work with large volumes of data, identify errors, and analyze discrepancies- Knowledge of English and RussianWhy You’ll Love It Here- Meaningful Impact:
