Experteer Overview In this role you will manage MRTT conversion and retrofit activities, ensuring seamless alignment between design, FAL, and manufacturing. You will define and maintain baselines for removals/reinstallations, assess modification statuses to prevent clashes, and support industrialization of removal/reinstallation processes. You will collaborate across teams to review Service Bulletins, manage aircraft configuration with the Industrial Manager, and standardize analysis procedures for Pre-/Post-status work, contributing to efficient MRTT programs.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Define and maintain the Removals and Reinstallations baseline for all MRTT versions and Retrofit aircraft
- Assess and adapt GAC modification statuses to anticipate clashes between original configurations and MRTT designs
- Collaborate to perform, review, and approve Removal/Reinstallation industrialization (OTOQOC)
- Manage aircraft configuration with the Industrial Manager for Pre-MRTT conversions at Pre-FAL premises or during conversion
- Participate in the development and review of Service Bulletins to align with final aircraft configuration inputs
- Document and standardize G/A dossiers and define analysis procedures updated to new requirementsResponsabilidades
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Aircraft Conversions, Retrofit, or Configuration Management within MRTT/GAC projects
- Knowledge of MRTT/A330 structures and cabin layouts, SBs, modification tracking tools, and industrialization processes (OTOQOC)
- Advanced level in English; Spanish valued
