In this role, you will support end-to-end Portfolio Services operations across Corporate Actions, Collateral Management, Securities Finance and related areas. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery while strengthening controls and governance. You’ll help drive automation, AI-enabled process improvements and data-driven decision making, shaping scalable processes for a complex, global platform. This is a chance to contribute to a robust middle-office function within a leading asset manager and to grow through collaboration with multiple stakeholders.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Support end-to-end Portfolio Services processes across multiple domains (Corporate Actions, Collateral Management, Securities Finance, Class Actions, Proxy Voting, Fees and Billing) ensuring accurate, timely execution• Manage daily BAU processes, controls and exception handling including event processing, margin workflows, collateral operations, fee verification and invoicing oversight• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Trading, Fund Accounting, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Finance and external providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and issue resolution• Maintain and enhance operational control frameworks with clear process ownership, KPI/KRI monitoring, incident management and audit readiness• Contribute to the Smart Middle Office agenda by standardising workflows, reducing manual intervention and increasing transparency• Apply AI, automation, workflow tooling and data analytics to improve exception management, controls,



reconciliations and reporting• Translate operational pain points into automation or AI use cases, partnering with Technology and SMEs to deliver controlled, scalable solutions• Support operational readiness for market changes, regulatory developments, new products, migrations and vendor changesResponsabilidades• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience• 5+ years in financial services operations, with exposure to Portfolio Services or related asset management functions• Strong understanding of Portfolio Services disciplines (Corporate Actions, Collateral Management, Securities Finance, Class Actions, Proxy Voting, Fees or Billing)• Knowledge of investment products and operational processes across the asset management value chain• Experience with event processing, exception management, reconciliations, fee oversight or related processes• Ability to investigate complex operational issues, coordinate remediation xcskxlj and drive resolution across teams• Experience operating in a global, matrix environment with stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration• Understanding of regulatory obligations, governance and risk within a controlled Operations environment• Experience with operations technology and platforms, workflow tools or similar is a plus• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights• Experience with Python, Power Automate, SQL and data visualization tools is a plus• Ability to bridge subject-matter expertise with technology and AI teamsRequisitos principales• hybrid working model• diverse and inclusive culture• personalised benefits plan (healthcare, perks, retirement)• focus on wellbeing and development• global exposure• recruitment and interview accommodations
