Your Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business.

Conduct product demonstrations and guide clients through free trials.

Build strong relationships with prospective customers and understand their business needs.

Handle a high volume of outbound sales activities and follow up on qualified leads.

Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, conversions, and recurring revenue.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Base Salary: €30,000 gross/year

Working Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00

Friday: 09:00 - 15:00

Flexibility to align with the US time zone during onboarding is appreciated.

Requirements

Native or fluent German

Fluent English

1-6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center

Comfortable with cold calling and working in a KPI-driven environment

Must already reside in Spain

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
