We are seeking aSenior QA Engineerto establish and lead quality assurance across a large and growing web platform. This is a critical role responsible for introducing structure, consistency, and confidence into the release process.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement QA processes and standards.Perform manual testing across multiple websites and applications.Own regression testing for releases, migrations, and new features.Act as the quality gate before production releases.Define and begin implementing a test automation strategy.Select tools and identify areas suitable for llaborate with developers and Dev Ops to improve quality ntor junior QA engineers as the team grows.Qualifications5+ years of QA experience, primarily web-focused.Strong background in manual testing.Experience setting up QA processes from scratch.Familiarity with modern web stacks and CMS platforms.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to HaveAutomation experience (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.).Experience with accessibility or performance testing.Previous lead or senior QA role.
