Experteer Overview
As Remote Access Engineer, you will design, operate and continuously improve the Bank’s secure remote access infrastructure. You’ll drive deployment and hardening of Citrix NetScaler Gateway and Zscaler Private Access within a regulated financial services context, enabling compliant access for employees, contractors, and partners. You’ll work with IAM, endpoint, and security teams to implement resilient, zero-trust ready connectivity that supports the Bank’s security roadmap. This role offers broad exposure to security services and cross-domain collaboration in a highly skilled team.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Administer and optimize Citrix NetScaler ADC/ Gateway for high availability and performance across DR environments
• Manage SSL-VPN and clientless access configurations, policies and traffic steering
• Design and enforce secure authentication and conditional access policies based on identity, device, network, and risk
• Contribute to rollout and operational readiness of Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) in a move toward ZTNA
• Develop expertise across Citrix NetScaler and ZPA,



supporting the remote access roadmap and cross-platform connectivity
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, patches and policy changes within regulated change-management processes
• Provide 2nd/3rd line engineering support and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years in IT Security or Infrastructure Engineering with focus on secure remote access, identity, authentication, and endpoint security
• In-depth Citrix NetScaler ADC/ Gateway experience (AAA policies, SSL-VPN, high-availability, GUI/CLI troubleshooting)
• Knowledge of ZTNA concepts and ZPA or similar technologies (advantage)
• Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) with REST API/Citrix Nitro API usage
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and hybrid identity
• Experience integrating remote access with MFA
• Understanding of endpoint compliance, device trust, BYOD models and modern remote access security
• Financial services or highly regulated industry experience
