- Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and automation of global pharmacovigilance processes
- Lead end-to-end process governance, ensuring sustainable process performance and maturity
- Partner with stakeholders to implement process changes and strengthen regulatory compliance
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and high-priority business transformation projects
- Monitor emerging regulations, assess impacts, and drive required process enhancements
- Develop and maintain procedural documentation, training materials,
and business continuity plans
- Represent pharmacovigilance processes during audits, inspections, and governance forums
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomesResponsabilidades
- PhD, PharmD, MSc degree or Life sciences degree or equivalent
- 6-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including pharmacovigilance
- Experienced with PSURs / DSURs / RMPs / local aggregate reports
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment
- Strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Solid project management, organizational, and analytical skills
