Product Director for Public Sector to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for public sector organizations including municipalities, local authorities, and emergency services.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the Public Sector product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap.

- Lead a prioritized product backlog with dedicated engineering capacity.

- Define feature outcomes, success metrics, and customer impact goals.

- Serve as the internal authority on the Public Sector vertical.

- Translate deep sector knowledge into specific product requirements.

- Define industry-specific solution blueprints and templates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on launch readiness and field enablement.





- Engage directly with strategic customers and the Public Sector Industry Board.

- Monitor competitive landscape and market positioning.

What You Will Bring

- Proven product management experience building Enterprise SaaS or ERP software for public sector organizations.

- Deep knowledge of public finance management and government budgeting.

- Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, compliance, and security requirements.

- Experience driving commercial growth in enterprise software.

- Ability to influence without authority and work cross-functionally.
