Responsibilities

Assists with the screening and interviews of blue-collar candidates within the framework of the short-term position specification.

Assists with the recruitment of passive candidates, assessing local-based candidate expertise and short-term career potential to match specific client needs, including temporary and order-based staffing requests.

Maintains tracking systems and communicates recruitment metrics for KPI measurement with identified stakeholders.

Supports the effectiveness analysis of different sourcing channels and adjusts approaches accordingly to attract blue-collar candidates.

Utilizes various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify blue-collar candidates with limited online presence.

Develops relationships with blue-collar candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process.





Communicates effectively the Operational position opportunity and client value proposition to blue-collar candidates.

Requirements

Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.

Performs assignments using existing procedures.

Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline.

Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
