Experteer Overview
In this SAP HCM-focused role, you support HR operations and systems to help achieve strategic objectives. You work within a global, multi-cultural team to maintain payroll, time management, and HR processes while implementing legal changes and system enhancements. You will design and optimize business processes and coordinate projects and external resources. The role combines hands-on technical work with customer-centric problem solving and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient HR operations.

• Provide 3rd-level support for SAP HCM, including payroll processing and time evaluation
• Manage incident and problem resolution and implement system enhancements
• Plan and coordinate projects and external resources within your remit
• Implement support packages efficiently and apply legal changes
• Design and optimize HR processes and systems in SAP HCM (PA, PY, PT, OM)




• Contribute to ESS/MSS and SuccessFactors-related activities
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in a general environment
• Support Austrian payroll/time management processes when applicable

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of professional SAP HCM experience
• Solid knowledge of PA, PY including schemas and rules, PT, certification, and OM
• Experience or knowledge of Austrian payroll and time management advantageous
• ABAP programming skills are a strong plus
• Knowledge of ESS/MSS; experience with SuccessFactors desirable
• Strong English; German beneficial

• completed studies in business informatics, economics or comparable qualification
