This role offers the opportunity to work close to production systems, influence operational standards, and have real impact on service quality across the organization.About the RoleAs a SiteOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents and bugs across TD SYNNEX digital platforms. You'll combine hands-on technical skills with strong incident and stakeholder management, ensuring issues are triaged, investigated, communicated and resolved, with the underlying aim to prevent a re-occurance.You'll work closely with Engineering, DevOps, Security, QA, and Business teams, acting as a key operational representative within the Digital Business unit. This role can be based anywhere in Europe or APJ (subject to local hiring entity).What You'll DoLead and manage incidents, ensuring correct triage, prioritization, investigation and resolution within SLAsPerform root-cause analysis and collaborate with architects and developers on technical solutions for bugsEnsure P1–P4 incidents are tracked, managed, and resolved within agreed SLAsIdentify recurring issues and platform trends to reduce incident volume and improve reliabilityAct as change lead for bug fixes and operational improvementsMaintain high-quality incident and backlog management, ensuring accurate reporting and data hygieneMentor and support other SiteOps team membersBuild strong working relationships with Security, DevOps, QA, Development, UX, Architecture,
