Experteer Overview
In this role you will support hospitals and surgical teams by delivering on-site and remote consulting to optimize robotic surgery programs. You will work with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams to standardize practices, improve OR efficiency, and drive program success. You help customers launch, optimize, and sustain high-performing Genesis workflows. This position offers meaningful impact in expanding minimally invasive care through expert guidance and collaboration.

• Develop deep expertise in Intuitive technologies, instruments, and accessories
• Independently manage a territory and balance consulting with administrative duties
• Design and deliver Genesis OR consulting and training for selected accounts
• Lead multi-stakeholder engagements with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions
• Provide in-person and virtual consulting on workflow standardization, OR efficiency, staff onboarding, and cost containment
• Promote collaboration across Genesis and partners to achieve implementation goals




• Analyze usage and performance data to tailor engagements and demonstrate value
• Support internal and customer-facing Genesis events and assist in product launches
• Gather and report customer feedback to drive continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent clinical/healthcare experience considered
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare or hospital management, ideally in B2B sales or hospital leadership
• Experience with Operating Room departments
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; flexible with hours
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement in healthcare settings
• Clear cross-level communication
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management training is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management experience
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan
• Willingness to travel up to 70%
• Minimum 24 months in this role before internal mobility
