Experteer Overview In this role you will drive LATAM market growth by identifying opportunities and establishing distributor partnerships. You will represent the company’s cash handling solutions across the region and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support expansion. Expect extensive travel as a core part of the role while you build long-term distributor relationships. - Identify, prospect, and acquire new distributors and partners across LATAM
- Present and promote automated cash handling solutions
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close distribution contracts
- Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with the distributor network
- Support expansion into new LATAM markets
- Provide commercial support and onboarding for distributors
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities
- Prepare sales activity, pipeline, and performance reports
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and development visits across the regionResponsabilidades




- Minimum 5 years of international B2B sales and business development experience
- Strong hunter profile with proven success in opening new markets and acquiring business
- Experience developing distributor networks and managing channel partners
- Experience in cash management, cash handling, retail technology, payment solutions, security tech, or banking equipment sectors is highly preferred
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in international environments
- Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Willingness and availability to travel extensively across Latin America (approx. 80%)Requisitos principales
