Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the commercial and strategic engine behind Fever’s portfolio of global entertainment experiences from Madrid. You’ll own end-to-end marketing strategy, align cross-functional teams, and manage budgets and Pu0026amp; L to scale demand and market penetration. You will leverage data analytics and multi-channel digital marketing to maximize ROI and growth, while innovating with new formats and platforms. - Own end-to-end marketing strategy for a portfolio of experiences to drive demand and long-term growth
- Develop scalable marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide, including Fever Originals
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms with strong ROI
- Collaborate with Business Strategy and Growth Marketing to analyze performance and define regional growth strategies
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product teams for unified execution
- Lead meetings with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure alignment and delivery of key projects
- Oversee large-scale marketing budgets and own the Pu0026L for the region

- 10+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing with strong performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels
- Proven ability to design and execute large-scale marketing strategies with measurable impact
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in performance metrics, forecasting, and Pu0026L-driven decisions
- Excellent executive communication skills for leading partner and internal meetings
- Native/bilingual English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
- Strong academic background in Business, Marketing, or related field
