Lead and collaborate on initiatives to improve test coverage and release velocity Work closely with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle Design and implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions Requirements: Hold a master's degree in software development or a related field Have extensive experience in several of the following domains: - Network communication and related security - Embedded software - Test automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Jmeter) - Proficiency in Python and other programming languages Demonstrated ability to lead testing efforts and drive improvements in testing processes Strong analytical skills,
