In this role you will optimize and control plant production processes to boost efficiency and product capability. You’ll bridge production with technical teams, lead process improvements, and support new product launches on the plant floor. Your work directly influences process reliability, quality, and performance across manufacturing operations. This position offers hands-on impact in a global company focused on color and flavor innovation.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in relevant industries
• Hands-on plant-level process control and optimization experience
• Experience taking projects from development to plant-floor operation
• Technical knowledge of production, quality, QA, and process control in manufacturing
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP system
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Intermediate to advanced English with strong communication and collaboration skills
