Providing active technical support to the management and planning teams within the company. Preparing detailed project budgets, cost calculations, and comprehensive financial proposals. Managing and overseeing on-site execution, conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets technical specifications. Preparing technical progress certifications and official project documentations. Drafting and monitoring health and safety plans to maintain strict workplace safety standards on active sites. Qualifications & Experience

University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related technical degree. Minimum of 12 months of work experience, preferably within the building and construction industry.



Good command of industry-standard software programs, specifically Presto, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools. Fluency in Catalan and Spanish to handle local documentation and maintain clear communication with site workers, clients, and local authorities. Valid Class B driving license to travel between the central office in Porreres and various job sites. Employment Details

A permanent, long-term employment contract starting from May 11, 2026. An attractive gross annual compensation of €48,596.43. Full-time working schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a half-hour break included. A structured workplace environment in Porreres with well-defined project workflows.
