As Global Lead - Market Research, you will shape the MR strategy to steer Sanofi’s Pharma portfolio decisions. You’ll partner with Commercial leadership within the Insights u0026amp; Analytics team to translate research into actionable business insights. You will drive end-to-end MR methodologies, balancing speed, cost, and quality to support global and local market needs. Your work will influence brand planning, product launches, and cross-functional decision making in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Design and implement a Market Research strategy aligned with business goals, efficiency, and cost targets
• Translate insights into marketing decisions and strategic tradeoffs
• Deliver audience-specific insights to Vaccine Asset Commercial teams
• Provide strategic guidance and ad-hoc support to Commercial teams and Iu0026A
• Contribute to brand planning by grounding strategies in MR insights
• Collaborate with forecasting, analytics, and competitive intelligence to deliver integrated insights
• Manage agency partnerships to ensure high-quality research and smooth processes
• Stay updated on new MR methodologies and vendors
• Specialize across therapy areas and coordinate with peers to minimize duplicate effort




• Participate in commercial meetings, surfacing MR questions and presenting insights to senior leadership
• Select vendors based on objectives and oversee fieldwork materials and reports
• Oversee project compliance with procurement and SOPs
• Create engaging deliverables with clear calls to action for stakeholders
• Lead and develop MR team members as needed

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical market research experience
• Strong experience with both quantitative and qualitative MR from end-to-end
• Proven strategic thinking and life-sciences knowledge
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Experience leading high-performing teams
• Global, regional, and local exposure preferred
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., prescription/sales, patient claims, promotional data) preferred
• Product launch experience preferred
• Experience collaborating with marketing, new product planning, and value u0026 access functions preferred
• Excellent communication to senior leadership
