IT Specialist (Systems & Network) – Alcobendas (On-site) | Full-time What will you do?

You’ll be part of the team ensuring that the company’s IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This is not just a basic support role — you’ll have real impact on daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: Providing technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network) Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, servers, and network systems Troubleshooting incidents and resolving technical issues end-to-end Managing network infrastructure (routers, switches, connectivity) Installing and maintaining business applications (Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM) Managing IT inventory and software licenses Supporting backup systems and data integrity Maintaining technical documentation (systems, configurations, incidents)



What we’re looking for

Degree or vocational training in IT (or equivalent experience) Previous experience in IT support / systems / networking roles Solid knowledge of:

Windows environments Network troubleshooting Hardware and system configuration

Professional level of Spanish and English, desirable Russian and/or Armenian What we offer
