Experteer Overview You help customers envision a future with Veeva Quality by leading discovery, crafting tailored demonstrations, and guiding buyers through value-driven conversations. Working closely with Strategy and Sales, you translate industry needs into best-in-class Quality Cloud solutions. You’ll drive workshops, RFP/RFI responses, and Proofs of Concept to show how Veeva quality platforms transform end-to-end operations. - Conduct discovery and needs analysis to understand customer requirements
- Configure and deliver compelling demonstrations of Veeva Quality Cloud
- Apply industry experience to guide customers to best-in-class solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
- Provide solution-oriented responses and deliver presentations for RFPs/RFIs
- Lead Workshops, Conference Room Pilots, and Proofs of Concept
- Support marketing activities such as webinars, demos, and industry events




- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycleResponsabilidades
- 3+ years working with, delivering, or supporting Quality Assurance software solutions in life sciences or medical device/diagnostics
- 3+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech, medtech or similarly regulated industry
- Knowledge of quality/manufacturing operations in pharma/biotech and/or medical device/diagnostics
- Willingness to travel 20-30%, primarily in the EU
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Energetic self-starter; able to work independently
