Experteer Overview In this role you will lead cost management duties for large-scale pharmaceutical projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams. You will develop and manage cost estimates, plans, procurement, tendering, and contract administration while delivering timely cost reports and value engineering input. The position is based in Pamplona and requires on-site presence five days a week, working to support world-class, technical projects. You will drive accurate cost control and stakeholder engagement to ensure project success and client value.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Build and nurture client and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee pre- and post-contract activities including estimates, procurement, tendering, and contract administration
- Develop and present final cost plans and estimates
- Coordinate tender processes, including pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, analyses, reports, and contracts
- Ensure timely and accurate cost checks and valuations




- Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present to client
- Interface with client and other consultants at all stages
- Contribute to post-contract cost variances and change control
- Perform cost risk analysis and support value engineering; negotiate final accounts
- On-site presence in Pamplona five days a weekResponsabilidades
- Proven track record in cost management/quantity surveying across full project lifecycle
- Fluent in Spanish and business-level English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
