VICE PRESIDENT, REGIONAL SALES - CENTRAL & NORTH We have an opportunity for a Vice President, Regional Sales to join our EMEA sales leadership team, reporting to the SVP Sales – EMEA. In this pivotal role, you will lead Infoblox’s central and northern Europe business, with responsibility for revenue execution, forecast discipline, talent development, customer and partner engagement, and cross‑functional alignment across a large, complex, multi‑country region. This role is a critical part of Infoblox’s EMEA sales transformation as we consolidate our operating model across our EMEA sales function. We are looking for a senior leader who can drive performance across mature and growth markets while helping build succession depth for the future of our EMEA organization. Regional scope includes central and northern Europe, including key country teams, public sector, strategic customers, and partner‑led motions. You’re the ideal candidate if you are an experienced leader with a proven ability to run large multi‑country businesses, build strong leadership benches, drive disciplined execution, and engage customers and partners at the executive level.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
Own the regional business across ARR, net new business, renewals, expansion, and strategic product motions
Build and execute a regional operating plan aligned to segmentation, strategic accounts, named accounts, growth customers, public sector, and partner leverage across solid and dotted lines
Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline inspection, and deal progression discipline across countries, products, and routes to market,
as well as disciplined use of sales and forecasting tools to improve visibility, productivity, and management cadence
Lead regional deal reviews and inspect complex opportunities across qualification, business value, executive alignment, commercial structure, and close plans
Create a rigorous customer‑facing culture centered on value selling, executive relationships, repeatable account planning, and strong field execution
Hire, coach, retain, and develop leaders across country, segment, and specialist teams, whilst building a deep succession bench of future regional directors, country leaders, and VP-level talent
Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Channel, Professional Services, Product, Product Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Talent Acquisition, Field Marketing, and Revenue Operations
Escalate customer, pricing, licensing, delivery, and operational issues early, with clear recommendations and a strong bias for action
Lead a consistent operating rhythm across daily execution, weekly forecast and deal reviews, monthly business inspections, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning, whilst transitioning the sales motion from a product centric process into a consumption led model
Use approved AI tools and AI‑enabled workflows to improve forecast quality, deal inspection, management cadence, and sales productivity across the region, applying strong judgment and validation before acting on outputs
Translate integral strategy into a practical, scalable regional operating model for central and southern Europe
Be Prepared — What You Bring
15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, or platform‑led enterprise software
8+ years of second‑line or senior regional sales leadership experience across multiple countries in a pan‑EMEA business
Proven success running a large regional business across mature and growth markets, not just a single‑country theatre, with experience in subscription, ARR, SaaS, consumption, renewal, and hybrid licensing environments
Demonstrated experience leading large quotas, multi‑country teams, strategic accounts, public sector customers, partner ecosystems, and complex enterprise sales cycles
Strong command of forecast management, deal qualification, executive selling, value selling, partner co‑selling, territory planning, and pipeline generation
Experience building and consolidating organizations, hiring senior leaders, developing successors, and leading through change
A track record of cross‑functional leadership across Product, Sales Engineering,
Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Channel, and Revenue Operations
Demonstrated AI fluency, with the ability to identify where AI creates value and apply it skillfully, responsibly, and with sound judgment to improve decision‑making, execution quality, and team effectiveness in a complex regional sales organization
The ability to engage customers at the C-level and translate technical capabilities into clear business value
Strong commercial judgment across pricing, discounting, procurement, partner economics, and risk
A field‑first leadership style with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational intensity
Be Successful — Your Path First 90 days
Build a deep understanding of the region, organization, customer base, partner ecosystem, pipeline, and forecast cadence
Establish trust with direct reports, frontline leaders, account teams, Sales Engineering, Channel, Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, HR, Marketing, Product, and executive stakeholders
Six months
Improve forecast quality and pipeline inspection discipline across the region
Strengthen execution across security, renewals, new logos, and expansion motions
Establish predictable collaboration with key cross‑functional partners
Demonstrate visible executive presence with customers and partners
Build meaningful executive relationships across Infoblox leadership
One year
Deliver or exceed the annual regional plan
Build a credible bench of future leaders across regional, country, segment, and specialist roles
Improve pipeline coverage, close planning, forecast quality, and deal execution standards
Help prove the effectiveness of the EMEA structure through stronger scale, clarity, and leadership leverage
Belong — Your Community Our culture thrives on inclusion, rewarding the bold ideas, curiosity, and creativity that move us forward. In a community where every voice counts, continuous learning is the norm. So whether you lead teams, build strategy, solve customer problems, or transform go‑to‑market execution, you’ll grow and belong here.
Be Rewarded — Benefits That Help You Grow, Thrive, Belong
Comprehensive health coverage, generous time off, and flexible work options
Learning opportunities, career mobility programs, and leadership development
Time to give back through volunteer programs and employee resource groups
A collaborative culture built on high standards, accountability, and respect
A chance to lead at scale in one of the most important regions in the business
