Responsible for a portfolio of studies, you will ensure payment processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual commitments, while partnering with internal teams and external vendors to drive operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end management of investigator and site payment activities across assigned clinical trials.Oversee payment system setup, ensuring study budgets, contracts, milestones, and payment triggers are configured accurately and in line with contractual agreements.Work closely with study teams to support key study start-up activities and ensure timely achievement of payment-related milestones.Review payment structures and data flows to ensure accurate payment triggering and identify opportunities to prevent delays or errors.Manage vendor performance, ensuring service delivery meets agreed timelines, quality standards, and operational requirements.Monitor payment performance across studies, investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions where required.Resolve escalated site and study-level payment queries to maintain positive site relationships and support study delivery.Ensure appropriate contracts, purchase orders, funding arrangements,
