Responsibilities

Supporting our Health Information products in Spain and Colombia

Provide second level support to internal and external customers

Be a subject matter expert on our HIS systems

Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation and usage of our solutions

Liaising with our development team on upgrades, maintenance, hotfixes

Offering ongoing support and training to customers

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND relevant job-related experience

Minimum 3 years proven track record in customer support and technical implementation

Excellent language skills in Spanish and English. Having Portuguese would be beneficial but not compulsory.

System operations, including monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting

Software Development Lifecycle processes

Current, valid Driver’s License

Excellent customer facing communication skills.

Coding experience.

Healthcare background.
