Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead international performance analytics and market research for Regeneron’s Neurology portfolio across Europe, Japan and Canada. You will translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional partners, shaping regional strategies and market opportunities. You’ll manage above-country research, build patient journeys and forecasts, and support account-level insights and targeting. This is a hands-on, influence-led role in a fast-growing science-driven environment. You will work with IT, sourcing and commercial teams to enable data-driven decisions at scale.

• Lead customer insights, market research, and reporting for Neurology across regions
• Implement above-country market research and objective secondary data analyses
• Build patient cohorts, treatment journeys and patient flow forecasts
• Develop account-level insights including segmentation and opportunity assessments
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations on field sizing, targeting and incentive analyses
• Centralize data management with business leaders, IT and sourcing




• Create clear insights linking business implications to practical options

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of relevant experience including 4+ years in market research
• Above-country analytics and market research experience in international pharmaceutical markets
• Understanding of biopharmaceutical commercial dynamics, laws and regulations
• Knowledge of data industry standards and data asset procedures
• Expertise in data visualization, data storytelling and report creation tools
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Veeva
• Practical experience with Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, Oracle BI, MicroStrategy, Cognos or Spotfire
• Strong project, change management, presentation, communication and collaboration skills
• English; additional language such as German, French, Italian or Japanese preferred
• Prior biopharmaceutical field sales or marketing experience is desirable
