The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and Spanish. The role is an active part of the SEM team, focused on developing strategies to help optimize a project’s visibility and increase the accessibility of websites.Main TasksImplement PPC strategy and tactics (Google, Bing, and others)Optimize and test PPC campaigns on multi‑language accountsConduct keyword research and search query analysisCreate and test adsImprove quality scoresOptimize conversion and tracking to increase ROI and drive volumeDevelop seasonal/promotional offers and optimize landing pages, generating text ads, keywords, and bidsKeep up to date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools, and industry researchCreate briefings for creative and collaborate with designDefine retargeting/remarketing strategiesTarget audiences for each purposeImplement and manage retargeting/remarketing campaignsProvide reporting and analysis on performance metrics: CPA, CPL, ROI, KPI’s, CTRRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in online advertising on the main search engines (Google, Bing at least)Excellent internet data analysis capabilitiesStrong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag ManagerAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong analytical skillsFluent in English and SpanishBachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, e‑business,
