As Head of Office App1 at Allianz Technology, you lead the App1 office and align strategic and operational topics with the EMT and business objectives. You enable cross-functional coordination across general platforms, driving efficiency, cost optimization, and high-quality execution within a speed-to-value framework. You oversee governance, stakeholder communication, and the adoption of advanced technologies to support the product-centric organization. This role offers impact across global functions and local systems, shaping a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead the App1 office team to manage the Head of App1's agenda including strategic meetings and board dialogues
• Drive organizational change to meet Speed-2-Value targets, cost reduction, improved quality, and customer-centric processes
• Act as a primary interface to communicate with Board Members, Senior Managers, and cross-OE stakeholders
• Strengthen financial position and target ambitious plans in collaboration with App1 controlling and CFO functions
• Foster cross-organizational collaboration and promote state-of-the-art technology to enhance efficiency and co-creation
• Steer operational and strategic topics,



participate in working groups, and develop measures for board decisions to ensure compliance
• Ensure regular, high-quality communication about App1 topics in collaboration with the Communications team

Responsabilidades
• +5 years IT experience with solid understanding of Allianz/Allianz Technology and IT–Business Administration background
• Strategic IT planning with ability to align tech initiatives to business goals; understanding of IT economics, build, rollouts, and run
• Strong problem-solving, proactive, performance-driven, adaptable to shifting priorities
• Ability to interact with decision-makers and manage conflicts across levels and cross-OE
• Experience representing EMT members and collaborating with Board Members and Senior Managers
• Fluency in English; German knowledge is an advantage
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage
