What do we offer you?
- Competitive salary of 21.000 € gross/year.
- Enjoy a full-time, 6-month contract with 39 hours/week.
- Working hours from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with alternate weekends. Weekends only until 5:30 p.m.
- Training within contract. We start on Septembre 17th.
- Location Flexibility: Begin your journey at our hub in the beautiful Los Remedios zone.
- Hybrid work option: after the nesting phase and once campaign KPIs are achieved, the role offers the possibility to work up to 50% remotely

What do we need?
- Language Skills: French (native or bilingual) and English (advanced level, B2-C1). Advanced Spanish is valuable.
- Passion for Customer Service: A genuine interest in helping others and resolving potential customer issues.




- Your experience in customer service and knowledge of sound equipment are highly valuable.
- Residence in the Seville area or willing to relocate.
