Do you enjoy owning the employee lifecycle and being a trusted contact for employees and managers on People Operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, and day-to-day HR topics? As our People Operations Specialist Southern Europe, you will be part of an international People Operations setup where each specialist acts as the trusted expert for their country scope. You will be responsible for People Operations across Spain, France, and Italy, including the coordination of monthly payroll preparation with our local payroll providers. You will also help shape how we work by using AI, automation, and modern HR technology to reduce manual work, improve quality, and speed up recurring tasks.
