We are looking for a Health-Safety-Environment Intern for our Safety & Environmental Office (SEO) Department. If you are interested to join a leading renewable energy group and you are looking for new professional opportunities, do not hesitate to apply!

Functions & Responsibilities:

- Assist in collecting, organizing, and verifying invoices from departmental vendors (such as OCA statutory inspection bodies, safety consultancies, and engineering contractors).
- Responsible for uploading invoices and payment requests into the corporate finance system, monitoring internal approval workflows to ensure timely payments.
- Provide administrative support for the purchase of daily office supplies, site safety equipment, or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

2. Reporting & Document Management

- Help collect weekly/monthly data from project sites (such as man-hours, waste disposal volumes, and environmental metrics) and assist in drafting routine administrative or HSE statistical reports.
- Manage the classification, scanning, digitalization,



and cloud-based archiving of important departmental files, management system certificates, meeting minutes, and regulatory documents.
- Assist in scheduling departmental meetings, drafting Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and tracking the status of action items.

3. General Daily Support and any other Ad-hoc task.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, or related fields.
- Spanish Proficiency - C1/C2 Level
- Interest in Renewable Energy or engineering safety is a plus
- Experience with Office 365
