The Ethics and Compliance Trainee will be part of the Compliance Department, helping the team in everyday implementation of the Compliance function.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

- Support in managing the documentation and files of the Compliance Department.
- Support in developing, maintaining and update of OW Compliance policies and procedures.
- Support in the management of the Criminal Code Prevention Model and risk control matrix.
- Support in the implementation and performance of the Third-Party Integrity Due Diligence Procedure.
- Support in the implementation of Personal Data Protection Program.
- Research and analysis of Compliance information, jurisprudence, doctrine, and legislation.
- Monitor new legal and regulatory developments and update policies and procedures accordingly.
- Maintain updated the internal Compliance site and the Ethics section of the website.




- Support in developing content for trainings and communications.
- Additional duties as required.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
- Business Administration or Law student.

LANGUAGES
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Good command of any other language will be an advantage.
