Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing and all payroll‑related tasks across several countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Manage benefits enrolment, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Coordinate other employee lifecycle processes and HR admin operations.
- Respond to employee questions about policies, pay, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Partner with internal HR teams, Finance, Tax, external providers and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regional regulations.
- Support internal audits and documentation requirements.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to HR workflows.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in multi‑country payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of labour legislation, Social Security procedures, and payroll management.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset, able to work in dynamic environments.
