Experteer Overview
In this role you will support and execute field marketing plans to drive demand, events, and digital engagement. You’ll collaborate with product marketing, creative, and content teams to coordinate programs and communications. You’ll handle event logistics, reporting, and content development, while leveraging social channels to engage customers and prospects. The role offers rapid exposure to a high-growth environment with opportunities to shape marketing programs and contribute to Veeva’s mission in life sciences.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support development and execution of field marketing plans, including events/logistics and customer communications
• Organize and coordinate Veeva and industry events, including logistics, communications, event app management, and reporting
• Assist with weekly/monthly marketing program reporting and metrics (Marketo, Lynx, Matomo, Sigma)
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage components of field marketing programs
• Assist in development/editing of marketing content (social posts, templates,



program materials) and repurpose content
• Support execution and optimization of outreach programs to engage customers via LinkedIn and other channels

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in marketing campaigns (1+ year for Field Marketing Associate)
• Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tools
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects under tight timelines
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Very high attention to detail and strong organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Proficient in delivering content via social media tools, including LinkedIn
