In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise and take the lead on projects and tenders where you will have the responsibility to coordinate integral project teams. The activities associated with this role include, but are not limited to, engineering and design, planning, and risk assessments.



You will act as a technical liaison and primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders.How You'll Make an ImpactServe as the primary contact for technical matters with customersEnsure complete and multidisciplinary information in engineering developmentLead the development of new solutions for complex projects and challengesDrive the completion of all engineering activities on projectsProvide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activitiesPrepare project documents within budget, scope, and contractEnsure adherence to safety standards and mitigate potential risksMaintain technical quality in contracts, documents, and deliveriesYour BackgroundAcademic degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering or similar)Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar lead roleExperience with HVDC technology is a plusPower industry experience or similar a mustCommunication and collaboration skillsAbility to take a leading role and deliver quality resultsFluency in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, is required. Other languages are a great advantage
