Provide administrative and field support for HSES activities (Internal Prevention Service, Fire Protection, Environment, and Security). Serve as backup for Plant Administration.

Requirements and expertise
- General
- Maintain and archive HSES system records.
- Manage updates to HSES documentation.
- Prepare HSES purchase requisitions.
- Manage and supervise the local disposal of waste.
- Assist in the preparation and field supervision of emergency response team training.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events involving international participants.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to the management committee.
- Backup for Plant Administration
- Support the preparation of Additive Loading Preparation Sheets.
- Support the request of Raw Materials from the Warehouse.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Support the monitoring of personnel schedules.
- Support the creation and updating of recipes in BASIS.
- Support Direct Purchase requests.
- Supervise Production Entries (batches/export shipments) and consumption records.
- Provide administrative support for updating Plant Manuals.
- Manage the plant warehouse and office supplies.
- Coordinate the provision of equipment (workwear, PPE, etc.) and lockers for plant personnel.
- Prepare labels for plant identification and signage.
- Control and archive documentation.
- Enter process cost indicator data (according to GAP indicators).
- Handle telephone communications.
Personal skills
Education
- Vocational Training Degree (FP2) or equivalent administrative experience.
- Knowledge of LYB SAP and EBP systems.
- Knowledge of the Site Integrated Management System.
- Basic Occupational Risk Prevention course (50 hours).
- Languages:
- English (advanced level).
