You'll be jumping right into the heart of their digital transformation journey!And your role in this?As the AI Project & Product Manager, you are the ultimate connective tissue between a high-velocity engineering team and senior business leaders. You'll sit right at the intersection of tech and business, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Transformation. Your main mission is to make sure complex AI concepts turn into viable, scalpable, and operationally sound products that actually solve real-world problems.You don't need to write code yourself, but you definitely need to speak the language, challenge technical assumptions, and keep the project heartbeat steady.More specifically, you will:Act as the primary bridge between technical teams (Architecture, Security, Data Engineering) and business stakeholders to keep priorities, scope, and goals crystal clear.Translate complex business needs into clear, structured product requirements and actionable project roadmaps.Protect engineering teams from ad-hoc distractions and scope creep so they can focus on high-velocity delivery.Own the entire product lifecycle—from proof of concept (PoC) to MVP and full production rollout.Manage the overall project "cadence," keeping track of timelines, resources,



risk management, and performance reporting.Challenge and validate technical decisions to ensure scalability, robustness, and business value.Ok, what should you bring?We're looking for someone who loves bringing structure to ambiguity, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and knows how to talk tech with engineers just as easily as strategy with executives.The Must-Haves:Experience: 3–4 years in technical project management paired with 3–4 years focusing on AI or data-driven projects.Education: A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts—enough to constructively challenge engineering choices and understand infrastructure trade-offs.Delivery Muscle: Proven track record of taking AI products from initial prototype all the way to production using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Languages: Full professional proficiency in English.The Nice-to-Haves:French fluency is strongly preferred and will make collaborating with key regional teams a breeze!Prior exposure to chemistry, formulation, or the fragrance & flavor industry.Is that it?Not quite!
