Experteer Overview In this role you will drive organizational strategy and operating model design for diverse clients, helping translate strategic direction into actionable structures, processes and governance. You will lead complex transformation projects, coach senior leaders, and shape change programs that deliver measurable business value. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor across geographies to sustain behavioural and cultural change. - Develop proposals and opportunities by articulating a compelling transformation vision
- Design and implement organizational health checks and diagnostics
- Map leadership, structure, talent and culture to the strategy
- Champion change and coach leaders to drive adoption
- Create detailed change management plans
- Scope and lead transformation interventions using organizational design, analytics, and strategy implementation
- Manage engagement delivery including client satisfaction, scope, quality, and profitability
- Build and lead collaborative, development-focused engagement teams
- Facilitate leadership workshops and balance stakeholder needs
- Act as relationship manager for large,



complex clients including international points of contact
- Translate strategic direction into organizational constructs and capabilities
- Lead QA/peer review for transformation interventions
- Define and scope solution architecture for transformations

- Master's degree (or Doctorate) with substantial consulting or senior HR/OD experience
- 7–10+ years in consultancy or multinational client contexts
- Significant experience delivering large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation
- Proven change management leadership and project team leadership
- Track record of winning new business and growing accounts in transformation/strategy
- Strong business acumen advising senior executives across industries
- Technical depth in change management, transformation, strategy, and organizational design
- Experience across countries and geographies in multinational workstreams
- Analytical experience with large-scale interventions
- Financial literacy
- Industry exposure in Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, Public Services
