As a Senior Virtual Workplace Platform Engineer at Bosch Zaragoza, you design and operate global virtual apps and desktops infrastructure to keep thousands of colleagues productive from anywhere. You will optimize architecture, drive cloud integration, and automate manual tasks to boost efficiency. You work within a small local team and collaborate across Bosch’s global tech hubs to deliver reliable, scalable workplace services. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Maintain and evolve Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure including Citrix Cloud components and Azure Virtual Desktop environments
• Manage and configure machine catalogs, delivery groups, global policies, profile management, and Workspace App endpoint deployments
• Handle L3 escalation and troubleshoot complex issues to identify root causes
• Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Create and maintain technical documentation,



contribute to knowledge base, participate in change, problem, and release management

Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (2402+) and Citrix Cloud administration
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop is a plus
• Strong understanding of Windows Client 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022+, Active Directory, GPOs, authentication
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as Nutanix or VMware
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
• Fluent English for international collaboration
• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, IT, or comparable technical discipline
