Experteer Overview
As Data Resiliency expert, you help ensure continuity and resilience of clients' critical operations by rapidly recovering IT systems and guarding data. You’ll manage data backup services, monitor protection environments, and drive improvements through automation and analytics. You work with cross-functional teams to prepare for new services, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold a culture of security and reliability. This role offers impactful work shaping cyber resiliency for Fortune 500 clients within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

• Manage data backup services and ensure recoverability of client data
• Assess backup environments to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize data protection posture using automation and analytics
• Provide incident recovery services to restore operations quickly after cyber incidents




• Oversee change processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
• Assist in preparing for new services and changes within the resilience program
• Contribute to building scalable, reliable data center solutions

Responsabilidades
• Experience supporting and implementing Security u0026 Incident Recovery solutions (years not specified)
• Experience maintaining hardware, software, and network firewalls and encryption protocols
• Experience with NIST CSF Respond and Recover domains
• Deep understanding of resilience and recovery components (e.g., Veritas, Dell, Rubrik)
• Experience with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft)
