Experteer Overview In this role you lead international railway signaling projects from negotiation through handover, driving profitability and delivering ERTMS and CTC solutions. You collaborate with global customers and internal teams to meet quality, schedule, and financial targets. - Lead end-to-end execution of international railway signaling projects, ensuring financial targets, quality standards, and timelines are met
- Drive contract negotiations, claim management, and procurement strategies to optimize project profitability and cash flow
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with general customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively while capturing new business opportunities
- Empower and guide cross-functional teams to deliver complex Mainline and Mass Transit solutions
- Willingness to travel and engage directly with international partners and sitesResponsabilidades
- 2+ years of project management experience in railway signaling
- Technical understanding of Interlocking (I/L), ERTMS, and Centralized Traffic Control (CTC) systems
- Proven experience working in international environments with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and engineering-degree (or equivalent)
