We are looking fora Talent acquisition Intership to join an important Project located in Zaragozain Hybrid job modality.

Requirements:

- Ongoing or completed studies in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Sociology, or related fields.
- Interest in the talent, recruitment, and selection area.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Desirable: intermediate level of English.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Posting job openings on various job boards and internal platforms.
- Screening resumes according to the requirements of each vacancy.
- Conducting pre-screening phone interviews and supporting interview coordination with hiring managers.
- Updating the candidate database and tracking applicants in the ATS.
- Supporting in-person and/or video interviews together with the recruitment team.
- Managing administrative tasks throughout the process (documentation, interview invitations, candidate reports).
- Collaborating on employer branding initiatives (university events,



job fairs, social media content).
