What you’ll be doing?

Building your own market (Germany)

Prospecting clients (calls, emails, networking)

Sourcing and qualifying IT talent

Managing the full recruitment process

Closing deals between candidates and clients

What we’re looking for?





Fluent German + English (French or Dutch as a big plus)

Sales background (BD, account management, real estate, call center…)

Strong mindset: competitive, resilient, driven

Someone who wants more than just a job

No recruitment experience needed - we train you.

Salary expectactation:

Junior Recruitment Consultant (Entry-level) with €23,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €23,000-€30,000

Recruitment Consultant (Experienced) with €25,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €25,000-€38,000

Uncapped commission structure - earnings can exceed the estimated range depending on individual performance.
